IL Barista is a venture seeking to move away from the concept of fast, industrial and unhealthy food.

We take specialty coffee as a model, respecting each link in the production chain; and observing fair and sustainable practices. We seek that each product and ingredient used at IL Barista has a history of effort and passion behind, but above all, that it is fresh, healthy and tasty!

We try to move away from the concept of just "filling the tank", although we work efficiently with the best baristas and equipment in the industry; adapting to the times of our clients.

Coffee is a ritual: its preparation, tasting or both, are a great excuse to share.
